yes, but when I press this keystroke, I am really at the first message, so
far, nothing wrong.
but, after entering, it opens a wrong message or when I do first down-arrrow
and after , up-arrow, I am not on the first message.
Perhaps it depends on the read or unread messages on the top of the list?
Who can help me
best regards,
William

command-o does not open an email message. if you want to be certain you
are
opening the correct message, use up and down arrow to find the message you
want to open and press enter.

Hello,
some times I have problems to jump to the first mail in my list.
If I do like you described below, I arrive on the first mail but:
when I press enter or command+o, it's not the first message (that is
vissible on my display), that opens.
What 's wrong?
best regards,
William Windels

You have to interact with the message list by pressing vo+shift+downArrow
first, then do vo+shift+home or vo+shift+end
