Yeah, I'd like a way to do that too. If it's an audiobook with chapters you can use cmd-shift-arrows but Audible books for instance sometimes count five or ten chapters as a chapter unit depending I suppose on the length of the book. Sitting there holding down cmd-option while arrowing repeatedly is definitely tedious!!!
