That is the applications folder, select garage band after interacting with the
folder, stop interacting and I think it will show a list of all the related
files, you can select them all and then delete them.
After this you can re-install garage band.

Thanks. One more question pleast. I did install it and I think it's the same
one. It is asking me to select applications folder. Yet I don't find it in
the suggestions list. There is a table that lists various programs, but not
the application folder. Coming from OS and Windows environment still
struggling a little bit with navigation. Thanks.

You can simply Delete the App with Cmd Del, however this does not remove
all files related to the App.
The free download 'App Cleaner" will do the job.

Hi Folks,
I want to remove Garage Band because I believe it is having issues. If I
uninstall and start over and still have issues with being, "busy," when
in the app, I believe it could need more memory. But for now I want to
try and uninstall of the app. However, am not finding the directions to
do this. If someone could please kindly point me in the right direction
I'd be super grateful. Thanks.
