Well, if it says firefox is supported on the mac side, find out what player you are supposed to use; if it says that, you would think there would be a player that can be used with it. As for firefox, it is accessible though not ideal and it's being worked on steadily. Go to http://firevox.clcworld.net and follow the installation instructions for mac. It's actually much easier than it used to be since it now supports Apple voices. Hi, this is why i was wondering about firefox on the mac. You can have an online subscription with Napster, and stream anything, any time you want, through the web, without downloading software or using a proprietary program of any kind. The web based subscription service is farily new, and so that is why I'm wondering if firefox is accessible to voice over. Thanks. ----- Original Message ----- From: Orin To: macvoiceover@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Sunday, February 10, 2008 10:14 AM Subject: [macvoiceover] Re: Firefox on the Mac? Unfortunately, with Napster and DRM, you won't be able to play there stuff in ITunes or any other player on the mac really. On Feb 10, 2008, at 11:03 AM, Jim Fettgather wrote: Hello to the list. I am a subscriber to Napster's web based music service which works fine on the PC. According to their web site, Safari is not supported, but Firefox is supported on the Mac side. Are their any accessibility issues with Firefox and Voice Over? Thanks a lot for any info you may care to provide.
