The ones in the pop-up menu aren't the only ones available. Make sure the
disclosure box is checked in the save dialog. After choosing in the pop-up, go
to the file browser or table (not the sidebar table) to chosse your
subdirectory. You may have to use right-arrow in the table to expand a
directory. As Ray pointed out, you can also use first or even first two or
three letter navigation in the file table to find the folder you want.
