[macvoiceover] Can't get VO to start at login screen

Hi all,
I've had this issue for quite some time now, but thought I'd try again to solve
it. I am running Mountain Lion, the latest version. I have a password set,
and, when I log in, VO is silent at the login screen. It used to come on at
this screen, and, it made logging in quite a bit easier. Does anyone have any
ideas on how I can get VO to come on at the login screen?
