[macvoiceover] A GarageBand Navigation question?

Hi folks,
I am learning some of what I have learned in demo songs, however I
have hit a snag.
When you are on a given track in the tracks list you can press "s" to
sample that track and do some work on that track if you like, however,
I have not found a consistent way to select a given track. The mouse
does not follow the Voiceover curser and even with curser tracking
off, I am not able to sync the mouse curser with the Voiceover curser,
nore can I find a way to move the mouse curser to where I want it.
Any ideas?
If I don't drown in troubled waters, I'll be a better swimmer when I'm
through.
