There is two places to see the calendar grid, so be sure you are actually
viewing the right one.

Thanks, John. I can now see all 3 of my attempts showing up on the day. For
some reason, I was in a grid view which only voiced the days of the month
with no”list” and did not allow any interaction with the day. I use this so
seldom, it seems I have to learn it all over and when it acts up I am lost.
Thanks for setting me straight again.

I mean when you first create the event. Do you find you are in the event
details screen? You have to close that window before the event will appear on
the calendar.

I’m not sure what you mean. I interact with the month grid and arrow to the
date for the event. There does not appear to be any entry on that date.
nothing will open , interact or show (when I press enter while focused on
that date). What am I missing?

If you are not seeing the event details screen, make sure you check the
window chooser menu. Sometimes, you need to bring the focus to that window.

OK. So I filled out the data. I pressed enter but there appears to be no
entry showing on the day in the month in grid view. There was no “done” or
“cancel” option in the event entry fields. I do not think it was entered.
Suggestions?

Hi Leslie,
After you type the title of your event, press enter to view the events
details options. As a tip, it’s easier if you include the start time and
date for an event. So, for example, when you type a title, something like,
Doctor’s appointment on February 10 at 2 PM
would set up the event to start on February 10 at 2 PM without you needing
to manually do this.

Hi All,
Guess I have on my stupid hat today. I cannot seem to get anywhere in
calendar. When I choose add an event, I can type in the title but cannot
seem to do more than that. How do I fill in the information?
Or have all of you just abandoned calendar on the MAC and use your IOS
devices and sync the two?
Thanks.
Leslie
