[mac4theblind] still can't get contacts from my macbook to my iphone

Itunes 11 is driving me nuts!
I can find music, tv, movies, and a whole bunch of stuff, but not contacts,
even if I knew how to sync them.
I have iCloud, 5 gb, and they are still all available.
Is there a solution, short of manually entering all my contacts into my iPhone?
