[mac4theblind] changing a partition size in mac osx 10.7.4

Hello to all. I wish to change a partition size in mac osx 10.7.4. I navigated
to the drive then clicked partition. Then clicked the partition I wanted to
change. the size is dimmed, the format is dimmed,the name is dimmed. How can I
change this with out recreating the partition? i really don't want to do that.
