[mac4theblind] app question

Hello, all.
I was attempting to download the CBS 48 hours mystery app which is free. First
I received a message stating this app is not available in Canada and that I
should switch stores to America, which I did. Then when I attempted to download
again, I received a message stating that my account does not work in the
American App Store. Why is this and is there a work around? This app is not
illegal, I certainly think this is reprehensible to say the least.
