[mac4theblind] Uninstalling KeyRemap4MacBook

I started with KeyRemap4MacBook 8.3 in Mount ¬Lion. I upgraded my Mac to Mavrix
and then KeyRemap4MacBook 9.0. Something has gone wrong and I can not
uninstall. How do you uninstall KeyRemap4MacBook in Mavrix? Thank you.
