HI, do this if you have not did it already. First reboot your Mac I assume if not your PC. Then open up your app switcher on the device and remove all apps from the switcher. Then reboot the device. After both the Mac/PC and device is up and running open up iTunes and then hook your device to the Mac/PC and then go to it in the source combo box. Then tab down to a set of radio buttons and select the one that says apps. Then tab to the app tab and check the box that says sync apps and make sure it is check. Then tab to the apps and find the one you want to sync and check them. Then tab on and you should come across a box that says sync all new apps I recommend checking this it is not mandatory but it makes the process easier later on. Then tab on to apply or sync. Then when you hear the sound that says the sync is finish you can unplug the device and then check your home pages. You will have atlas 2 home pages and might have more and it could go on any of them. If this does not work let me know and we will try something else. If you can't download any apps directly onto the phone and you have nothing on it, I think there is a hardware problem. This might be worth a call to Apple support or a trip to the Apple Store. I don't know if resetting the phone to factory defaults would help, but that might be something to consider. > > > Take Care > > John D. Derned if I know what, nor how to fix it. >> >> Blessed are the flexible, for they shall not get bent out of shape. >> tracyduffy@xxxxxxxxx >> >> >> >> >> On Aug 21, 2011, at 4:09 PM, John Panarese wrote: >> >>> Hi Tracy, >>> OK, then you might not have enough room to copy the file onto the phone. That could be your issue. I can't sync the latest version of Navigon onto my phone because I don't have the room to do so. You might want to delete some items off of the phone that you don't need. There is a place in the iPhone scroll area when it is connected where you can see what constitutes or makes up the total space on your phone. >>> >>> Take Care >>> >>> John D. I don't have the password to a wifi connection, so I went back to trying to get it to sync in itunes. I've tried mannual sync and automatic sync. Neither one is working. >>>> >>>> Blessed are the flexible, for they shall not get bent out of shape. >>>> tracyduffy@xxxxxxxxx >>>> >>>> >>>> >>>> >>>> On Aug 21, 2011, at 3:29 PM, John Panarese wrote: >>>> >>>>> Hi Tracy, >>>>> Have you tried buying it using the phone itself in the App store. I purchased Prizmo and cannot get it to load to my iphone from itunes. It shows up in the list of apps on itunes and in the list that is supposedly on the phone, but it's not there! I tried to call Apple to get some advice and got a big run around and was eventually told I'd have to pay $29 for assistance. I hung up before anyone answered that call. Is it possible to uninstall and reinstall itunes on my Mac? Would that help? Would I be able to get Prizmo then?
