Yeah all the mac tutorials can be found on http://blindcooltech.com. Look for a 
man named Mike Arego. Sorry I don't have the spelling off hand but you can 
rather hit vo u and arrow left and right to get to the various fields or vo i 
to get to the item chooser. This will work any ware. then you can type what you 
want and it will filter out the rest of the stuff so you can find things more 
quickly. When I feel better I can do a short podcast on safari and the item 
chooser baring in mind lion broke some things with safari.
