I have been able to do this with COMMAND I. Using COMMAND COMMA brings
up the preferences for me.

Hi Tracey not completely sure if this works but try command comare I
believe. Sorry I can't spell the word correctly. I'm talking about the
button to the right of the period button. LOL Good luck and for anyone
