[mac4theblind] Delete a user

I have a used MacBook pro that was setup with my name on it when I got it. It
also has the name of the former owner on it. Every time I turn on the computer
I have to select myself in putting my password. How would I go about deleting
the former owner from the computer? Thank you in advance for any help I make it.
