Hi everyone,
I just received a private message from one of the people who runs the
www.applevis.com
site and they brought to my attention that copyrighted material owned by them
was offered publicly by a member of this list. I consider the folks at Applevis
to be friends, and I know a few of the people involved personally. I missed the
initial post on this topic, and I understand that this matter has been dealt
with privately.
Nevertheless, as for future reference, please refrain from making material
that is copyrighted available to the public by way of this list. As I have
often said, I have a very easy policy about allowing people to post links to
various material and advertising their services or products. However, let us
not do this with other people’s material that you do not have permission to
make available to the public in the future. I’m not yelling at anyone here or
the like, as, again, this has been dealt with off list, but this is being
posted as just a friendly reminder to the list for future reference.
