LSR supports Festival which is the basic, free engine included with
Ubuntu. We also support IBM ViaVoice and DECtalk if you purchase those
engines for Linux.
LSR will not currently work on KDE nor will any screen reader. The KDE
desktop is not currently accessible, but the KDE folks are working on
changing that.
I will send you directions on how to install when I send you the source.
