Hi Craig – We are glad to see your interest in continuing to survey
Copenhagen hills.
Please have everyone who plans on entering the property complete the
waiver which is attached prior to their visit and mail me the original signed
waivers.

For the purpose of this visit the signed liability waivers will
suffice; If you desire to make future visits as a part of a long term research
project please review the Research Guidelines attached to this email. Once we
have sufficient information regarding the nature of your activities we will be
able to handle those visits in the same fashion as this one given sufficient
prior notice of your desire to visit.
It is important to be aware of hunting seasons and that there may be
active hunting on the property. We seek to avoid situations where researchers
are on the property at the same time as hunters and ask that you not request
visits during active hunting seasons. By entering the property everyone in your
group agrees to be bound by the guidelines.
