hated Mr. Nixon.
Thompson did say in a 2004 interview that, even though he hated Nixon,
if it were a choice between Nixon and Bush, he would gladly vote for Nixon.
Story floating around is that Thompson had back surgery and hip
replacement surgery and then he broke his leg. He was probably nuts from
pain and pain-killers and shot himself because he couldn't cope with it.
My guess for Deep Throat is Pat Nixon.
