[lit-ideas] Superman

I had no less than 12 emails today, from various groups, listserves, news
subscriptions etc. telling me that Christopher Reeve has died. Did people
really think that he WAS superman? Rarely do these 12 email sources give me
the same news. I think this is a first. He must have been mighty super. Or
maybe people just felt sorry for him.
