Typical of  the neo-con that Sir Karl was. He should rather have _fought_ 
against the stupid  concept of 'third world' (in most meanings), rather.
 
It's like those who speak of WW1 when it's best referred to as "The Great  
War", while WW2 was, inappropriately, referred to as "The Phoney War" till it  
proved all wrong.
