Yes, according to Monica Lewinski, though of course its truth-value depends
whether she as subject is placed within the correct space-time location of
the Ovulation Office between dates x and y.

As to it being an elem. prop., she argues that once she was propositioned in
the requisite way it was elementary to accede. Therefore 'Blow me like an
adult sax without gratuitous violins' was an elementary proposition. By the
logic of the TLP it would thus appear that 'Blew here' was an elem. prop.,
admittedly of a possibly logically retrospective kind.

On a serious note: Arsenal tonight lost to Chelsea in the EC. Having just
lost to Utd...
