there are two chomsky (s) in linguistics
chomsky sr did write a long and complicated grammar of Hebrew (it is
tsill available, under the title by William Chomsky, HEBREW THE ETERNAL
LANGUAGE
the son (Noan Avram Chomsky) does know hebrew and did some work on the
morpho structres of it, he was born in Philadelphia, PA while the father
was Ukrainian.
