Meanwhile, on a more general note, the UN Human Rights Watch has issued a
critique of the U.S. government's rights record at home and abroad. Heres

Just curious. The EU is still trying to locate those CIA Secret Prisons.
As far as I know, they still haven't found any. Is this emblematic of CIA
skill, EU incompetence, or something else?
Anyone have updates on the search for those CIA (Not-so) Secret Prisons?
