OpenSpark-software is not based on GPL although it runs on OpenWRT
operating system. Due to this MP-MasterPlanet Ltd. has all OpenSpark
rights reserved (name,lisence etc.)
This does not mean that you couldn´t use OpenSpark-software and access
points for example when implementing public Wi-Fi network in Trento.
But we have to negotiate on different terms of use (for example user
management,updates, customer support etc.) prior to do so.
I hope this information helps, if you have any other questions just
let me know and I try to answer as well as I can.
I also hope that we could find some mutual benefits from OpenSpark and
SparkNet too.

In effetti penso che si applichi quello che dicevi tu. Usano OpenWRT
per far girare
la propria applicazione proprietaria su di esso.
