[Linuxtrent] problemi con masterizzatore

Cercando di fare un backup il programma di masterizzazione (k3b) mi ha
risposto picche a meta' dell'opera e sto cercando di capire quale sia
il problema e come risolverlo. Il log di k3b non l'ho salvato (sigh)
ma dmesg mi dice una serie di cose non belle e (a me) non chiare sul
lettore . Lo riporto (opportunamente riassunto) di seguito. Una cosa
che mi stupisce MOLTO e' che ogni pochi secondi ho una nuove riga di
questo tipo in dmesg dopo che faccio partire X:

sr0 e' il lettore CD/DVD (il masterizzatore e' sr1 che punta a scd1):
