Hi John,I must be doing something wrong somewhere else. I have switched it from linesbefore 0 to linesbefore 5, and it has made no difference. The command I am using is
xml2brl -f bible.cfg book.xml book.brfIf I run it with internet no, there are no messages; if I run it with internet yes, it says "validation failed: no DTD found <bible>". I don't think that is important but just in case. Have I got something wrong in my command line, or is there something else I should be checking for? Thanks.

If I use "paragraphs yes", then I still end up with no extra line, and the verses are broken into 40 character lines. (as expected) Can anyone tell me how to get what I want? Thanks.
