[liblouis-liblouisxml] Re: liblouisxml 2.4.0 has been released

It would be really useful to let people who visit the liblouisxml website
that they should be using liblouisutdml.  I know that I wasted time on using
liblouisxml only to eventually find that I should have been using
liblouisutdml.
