AFAIK it was added by Michael Whapples from APH and they do not use
LibLouisutdml to my knowledge, so I would presume that you could use it
without.
And if so, has the policy with respect to using math tables changed?
Do we have a policy with respect to math tables? Sorry to sound so dumb,
but I know very little about Braille math. Maybe you can enlighten me :-)
