I am confused! I already had a liblouis 2.4.0 that I was compiling the
liblouisutdml.dll file from. Is this a different version? Do you mean to
download it from the Abilitiessoft downloads page?

http://www.abilitiessoft.com The googlecode page has not been updated
yet.
This release has been built successfully on both Liux and Windows. My
tests indicate that it works properly.
If you compile liblouisutdml from the repository please note that it
requires this latest liblouis liblouisutdml still needs a lot of work
before a new release can be made.
