The fix just sets no back so that it doesn't backtranslate to Unicode
ccaracters that can not be spoken. It was back translating to \x2018 and
\x2019. Try lou_allround pre patch and you can see the output.
No rule for forward translation was changed.

- S’ at the end of the word in both en-us-g2 and en-ueb-g2
- Single quotes around a string. The only problem is it back
translates the first one to a grov but that is better than what it
was doing which was back translating to Unicode. Changes for this
one are in chardefs and the ueb equivalent.
