[liblouis-liblouisxml] liblouis SVN merge

I finally merged all of John's work into SVN. This includes his autotools work.
You all might want to checkout a fresh sandbox, so that the renames
and additions are not confusing.
I hope development on liblouis and future releases will happen on this
repository.
Please notice the ChangeLog format, including indentations. This is a
standard format.
