[liblouis-liblouisxml] Autogenerated files in doc

Thanks for doing this. I'm very excited about the development in
liblouis. I can hardly keep up with the mailing list :-)
Now, the doc directory contains a few files which are generated by
autoreconf, namely doc/mdate-sh and doc/texinfo.tex. Is it ok if I add
svn:ignore for them and if I add them to the list of things to be
deleted by autogen.sh?
