On September 6 Christian reported about a fix that was sent by Mike Gray on the
same day: “Fixed apostrophe and back translation for UEB”. Apparently in the
rules 0x27 (straight apostrophe) was replaced by 0x2019 (I replied with a
question whether it shouldn’t be both).
Maybe this caused the problem? I am just guessing.

Hi,
I'm getting problems with words like:
couldn't wouldn't 'twould shouldn't etc.
Our sources usually have the curly \x2019 character, but 'twould doesn't
contact properly even with the straight apostrophe on my test system. Are
others getting this issue? or is it my setup?
