The probelm I was having was more related to the fact that the forward and
backward pass rules were stored together. I remember someone saying that he
wished it weren't that way so I've undertaken to tackle the job. There's a bit
mroe work to do, so no pull request for it yet, but you can see how I'm doing
it by looking at the dm/simplify-passes branch in my (DaveMielke) fork of
liblouis. Please let me know if you see me doing something wrong.
I'm now at the point that I'd like to give it a full test. Is it as simple as
doing "make tests"? If so, how do I know which tests are expected to fail (I
suspect there must be some)?
