Paths in YAML files are relative to the YAML file itself. In addition, if
you set the environment variable LOUIS_TABLEPATH, table paths relative to
this are found too.
So, to be sure I have this right: The YAML test - because it needs to be in
tests/yaml/ for make tests - should specify tables/name.ctb because make tests
must be setting LOUIS_TABLEPATH to the top-level directory?
