[liblouis-liblouisxml] Re: Punctuation, math and sign upcodes - are they treated differently?

Punctuation allows contraction. The others do not. Whole words that are 
adjacent to math or sign opcodes are not contrracted, but parts of them 
which are not adjacent may be.
