[liblouis-liblouisxml] Nemeth missing square root sign

Table nemeth.ctb (release version 2.5.2).
In this table many Unicode characters are defined, but not the square root
symbol. When I use this, I get the return string '\x221a' (221a is the hex code
for this symbol). What is the common method to enter a square root sign? The
Nemeth specification focuses on the result in braille rather than on showing
the input side.
