[liblouis-liblouisxml] Missing line after heading 1 title

Hi Bert and John,
I have upgraded to Braille Blaster 1.2.0 and am still having the missing
blank line problem with my Buck Creek Directions.xml document. I have
determined that it is the line braillePageNumberAt top that is causing the
problem. I have print pages turned off and Braille page numbers turned on.
As long as I allow the Braille page number to print at the bottom the blank
line is inserted appropriately. As soon as I move the Braille page number to
the top, the blank line is skipped. Bert, did you try embossing with the
Braille page numbers turned on and set to emboss at the top of the page? Any
other configuration I tried works fine for me.
