What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Compile the library for UTF-16
2. Call from Python with 32-bit wchar_t (Ex. 2.7.1 under Linux)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: properly encoded characters
Received: incorrectly encoded string

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
liblouis 2.3.0
Python 2.7.1, Ubuntu 11.04, 64-bit
