Lars,
It may take a little time to fix svn. I'm not the expert on texinfo.
However, the tarball should compile with no problems. You were
interested in the table of contents feasure. It is working, though of
course it probably needs tweaking. I sent a message with documentation a
few weeks ago. It is in the archives.
