Steve,I often go to the American River with my dog Tikwa... When we arrived today, this was found on the sandy shore... I didn't have my leica, but I had my Apple iphone equipped with its standard lens... http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/barbour/PAW+2009/bythebanks.jpg.html thanks, Steve------ I like it. It's quite good image quality for a phone even an iPhone, I certainly wouldn't have guessed that's what it was taken with. It's composed so that it works with or without the chair and the flag, I think that allows the flag and the chair to be more of a surprise, in addition to the sharp contrast of their tonal values with the rest of the image. It certainly leaves on wondering what's going on. -- Charlie Falke _____ /\ | __/\__/------/__) |(____\/_________/ "One test result is worth | |/ `o one thousand expert opinions" - Wernher Von Braun 0 N4003M "Imagination is more important than knowledge" - Albert Einstein------ Unsubscribe or change to/from Digest Mode at: http://www.lrflex.furnfeather.net/ Archives are at: //www.freelists.org/archives/leicareflex/ |
