As for the sign, all the interpretations I can think of are not suited

Aww... C'mon, Spencer! "Yummy" is often used - at least, here in the
west - as a synonym for "attractive"... though I admit, that is not
the only possible interpretation!
Whether there was any "truth in the advertising" remains unclear, for
I only saw the sign, not the "mummy".
