David & all,
I found out that you can nearly get 1:1 by using the Elpro3, or Elpro VIIa,
with series 7-to-55 adapter ring. For qiuck field use, or when traveling light,
I usually use this combo.
Also, for those of our group that have the earlier 60 macro and 3 cam tube,
the extension tube also works perfectly on the 100, f/4 lens. I also use this
combo. I've never gotten around to acquiring the proper tube for my 100, since
I found out that the 14198 works just as well.
Just a thought,
Art Tafil
