Hi Art, I had one of the tubes for the 60mm (14198 aperture ring starts at f2,8), it just wouldn't connect to my 4/100mm at all. The tube I now have is the dedicated 14262. Apparently the Macro-Adapter R (14256) will work with both 60 and 100 and a few other lenses too. I've tried my adapter on a 135mm too, that works even though there is one stop difference on the scales. Somehow I never did trust close-up lenses, even though I never tried one. OK, I never trusted zoom-lenses, auto-focus or digital either, how times change......... Douglas BTW,any idea if I can adapt an Exakta/Topcon mount to fit on a 20D? I've got a very nice 1,8/58mm RE Auto-Topcor I'd love to try out.
