why? what is your take on this ?

Simultaneously, the board has elected Dr Andreas Kaufmann as an additional member of the board, as well as to the position of chairman, for the period until February 28, 2009. Dr Andreas Kaufmann will intitially head the company together with Mr Andreas Lobejäger. Dr Kaufmann is authorised to manage the company alone.
