Thanks Philippe, Details, These are B&W negatives developed and scanned at my local Fuji lab using I believe one of their frontier machines. The + - expo compensation is as you described on the R7 but I never use it because it is quite awkward to manipulate. Easier to use manual mode and compensate via shutter speed. Lens is fully closed down but I must admit that at times I have failed to reset after changing shooting modes, eg, from aperture priority back to program ... maybe that's the issue. Here are a couple sequential frames shooting the same scene. I'm pretty sure both were taken in program mode with the lens stopped down to min aperture ... but I can't be certain.
