A beauty of Soleil as usual! You lucky grandpa you! :-)
How close were you to the fence as the fence shouldn't have shown in the
shot at all if you were close enough, like lens almost touching the wire?
And a wide open or nearly so aperture?
I shoot my grandson playing baseball and my lenses have been 100, 200, 280,
400, 560 and 800 and we never see any fence at all when the lens is against
the fence. Not the glass, but the outer ring maybe touching the fence wire.
Or it's the fence beyond the players at the far side of the field, then only
if you seriously look for it.
So how close were you and roughly what aperture? What lens?
