thanks so much Bob.... a lovely note.... the story of Patrick is amazing...the images must stand on their own, but occasionally it's worth giving a little background info, since the story told by the images can be complemented by the unknown story, that can never be seen.

Patrick is a delightful 5 year old from Peru. He was horribly injured at age two, when he drank lye...

He is visiting us in the hospital. He is here for late reconstructive surgery and special care unavailable in his country...
